Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2026
Welcome to BlipShelf (the "App"), developed and operated by The Tiny Things Co., Ltd. ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where the two differ, Apple's terms prevail.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or work record-keeping. The App's code, design, and trademarks remain ours. Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute modified versions.
Your data
Everything you record belongs to you. The App has no account and no server; your data lives on your device (and in your own iCloud, if you turn on sync). We can't see it and can't recover it for you, so please use the App's export and automatic backup features. See the Privacy Policy.
BlipShelf Pro (subscription and lifetime)
- The App is free to use. Pro adds multiple shelves, unlimited drawers, advanced stats, PDF reports, and home screen widgets. You can choose a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase; both unlock the same features.
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The yearly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and keep Pro until the end of the current period. New subscribers may get a free trial; cancelling during the trial means no charge.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for current and future Pro features. It does not cancel an existing yearly subscription — please cancel that in the store yourself.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policies and are decided by the store; we can't issue refunds directly.
- Early supporters who started using the App on or before October 31, 2026 get Pro for free, based on the data on their device.
- Whether or not you pay, you can always view, search, and export all of your entries.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is a personal record-keeping tool and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or other indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and the "Last updated" date on this page; material changes will be explained in the App or on the website. You may stop using and delete the App at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
